I ordered from this brand a while ago. Honest to god, the quality was terrible, not as advertised at all. Customer service were dismissive and rude, sometimes taking a week or longer to reply. This was a ruse to push me outside the return window. When i went to return, the package was sent back to my address with the address crossed out. When enquiring about this, rather than accept any responsibility, they put the blame on me. Would never buy from again. Absolutely horrific experience. Do better.

Very bad. Shipping takes forever. Cant get any answers from them about the shipping, talked to several of them. Get the same answer that they will look into it. Ordered 9 weeks ago, on july the 20. it said it was in china, nothing has happened since then.
