Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to get updated.

We offer you the possibility to cancel your order maximum 24 hours after it has been submitted.

Yes, you may request changes to an order that has already been placed by contacting us at info@parijanofficial.com. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of your request if your order has already been processed.

SHIPPING

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply at checkout stage depending on the shipping location.

We usually ship all orders within 1-3 business days. However this delay may vary depending on several reasons (higher demand, product out of stock, national holidays etc.)

From the time we ship your order, the estimated shipping delays are the following:

- France: 2-3 days

- Europe & UK: 5-7 days

- Rest of the world: 7-12 days

Please note that shipping delays presented above may vary according to volume of orders and products availability.

Returns & REFUNDs

We offer 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return or exchange your order. The item(s) must be unworn, without damage and coming with their original packaging/tags. In order to receive the return instructions, please send us by e-mail with your order number.

Our standard return window is 30 days from the date of delivery.

All items must be returned brand new, never worn, with original tags and packaging in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • For Orders Within Europe: No, all orders within Europe come with free returns. We will send you a return label after completing the return form.
  • For Orders Outside of Europe: If you are based in a location outside of Europe, you will need to cover the shipping fee associated with sending the return back to us.

We usually process all refunds within 5-7 days after receiving the return. Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

PAYMENTS

We accept payments through VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.
